Time

Today, I was late for a podcast. Thankfully, my co-hosts are good folks and excused my lateness. I’m taking the lateness particularly hard even though my friends are alright with this unusual occurrence. Without going into examples, I am usually early for any appointment. I abhor lateness because it shows a disregard for the value of time. Wasting time is not something I wish to be a part of in any way.

Thinking back – the last times I had time issues:

  1. I said I’d be home by 5 after my flight. I got home at 5:03
  2. I forgot that I had a tour at the Consumer Reports. I left around 10 minutes late and arrived before the tour started.

So ends this edition of “Inside Iyaz’s Brain.”

After having one full episode with the all three hosts Phatemokid is booked so honorary Gman, Jordan Nardick is filling in for him today. It’s been a slow week for gadgets, so we ended up with a lot of stuff from the Gizmodo, which leads Iyaz to a lovely rant about quality journalism. Jordan lends us his engineering expertiece to help determine if a child’s toy is intentionally phallic and the team nearly implodes after a heated argument about television aspect ratio. Permalink.
