An iPhone home dock with a cordless phone that pairs via Bluetooth when docked.  The dock/phone should still be able to pair with your cell even when not docked.  While I'm making up things, it should also charge and and have data connectivity.

Managed to get sick again.  Must have happened somewhere along my travels last week since I managed to be in lots of places with lots of people.
