  1. “Freaking out but putting it away” is an excellent phrase Iyaz. Thank you because I have a horrible habit of going down the ‘what if’ path way too far and I can )if I let myself) spend tremendous amounts of wasteful time running over scenarios in my head. Its an ingrained behaviour. This podcast rang true for me and as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized I need to start living more in the moment and truly enjoy it. Appreciate the links to John Arden’s book also.
